It is with sadness in our hearts that we are forced to announce that The Perfect World Foundation's all planned events during the autumn, with the aim of raising funds and spreading knowledge about animals, nature and climate, are now forced to be canceled, or rather postponed. However, our golf event "The Ocean Golf" at Hills Golf Club, Gothenburg, Sweden, will be held on the 14th of September, so feel free to book it if you have the possibility.

Wildlife rescue- and conservation projects are in an urgent need of support due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Perfect World Foundation is now launching the Corona AID fundraising campaign, where 100% of the funds raised go directly to the animal projects that have been affected by the crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

All donations make a difference - small or large!

Bonobos are closely related to humans and therefore risks being infected by the new coronavirus, COVID19. Bonobo projects are now being quarantined to protect the animals. The economic crisis also contributes to fewer donations that affect animal and nature projects all over the world.

Maria Nila donates SEK 500,000 to help 48 baby rhinos! A huge thank you to Maria Nila for their continuous support of The Perfect World Foundation. 

Greta Thunberg will be the first Swedish person to be awarded the nature and animal organization The Perfect World Foundation's honorary award, The Perfect World Award, "The Conservationist of the Year".

TEXEL Energy Storage, TPWF's sister company, got attention in Gothenburg-Posten on Sunday thanks to its unique battery solution that can change the entire energy market.

The Attenborough Forest is The Perfect World Foundations global tree planting project. The first tree was plantet by Sir David Attenborough in The Botanical Garden of Gothenburg in September 2018, with the goal of planting 1 million trees.

Avoiding palm oil products can be a first important step in creating better conditions for human and nature. This week's challenge in GONNA! comes from The Perfect World Foundation and is about actively choose products that do not contain palm oil.

We have fantastic news! The Perfect World's "sister company" TEXEL Energy Storage has been selected as one of 5 finalist for the Postcode Lotteries Green Challenge 2019. This is one of the world’s largest annual competitions for sustainable entrepreneurship.

You can now buy the watch, The Reminder by Kaj Ransvi, in our webshop. The watch is reminding the person who wears it, and the people who see it about the global problems we have with both pollution and global warming. The Reminder is nominated for the A'DESIGN AWARD 2019, Selection: Watches and Jewelry, A'Design Award is one of the largest design awards in the world.

The majority of the world's coffee capsules are produced in plastic, aluminum, or in a combination of both. Of the 13,500 capsules consumed every minute, only 21% are recyclable. Those that are not recycled can remain on our planet for up to 500 years.

Hollywood celebrity Joel Kinnaman joins the Swedish wildlife organization, The Perfect World Foundation, to launch operation “The Blue Bucket”. A campaign with the aim to spread knowledge about, and to gather as much as possible of, the 8 billion kilos of plastic that ends up in our oceans every year.

During 2018 Maria Nila donated SEK 200,000 to The Perfect World Foundation. We want to send a huge thanks to this amazing company, and thanks to them we can continue to support the world's first female anti-poaching unit, Black Mambas.
